The shock, the betrayal, the realization


Once in a while to get cheated is a good thing, it makes you realize that you don’t know it all and if you let your guard down you can be consumed by this evil
All said and done, not really sure how many of you know about internet love scam. The aim, its just your money ! the steps followed is simple, be friend a girl, she could be married and going through a painful divorce , just a single ready to mingle types or a loner who is just trying to meet some nice people on the net. Remember the weakness is your loneliness, they devour you if they can figure out that ! Once they can figure out who is the victim, the next step is to establish a connection. A short Friendship is followed by the most dangerous words, I am in love with you.
While it can take sometimes a decade to fall in love with a person, for a internet scammer, they confess their true love within a month or maybe sometimes even less. The lady is already going through a lonely phase , with all the affection showered she can be a victim, but then again, if you can keep your emotions in your mind rather then heart ,you will see the path that the scammer has followed to make you the victim. If your sense and luck is not on your side and you are the victim, your lover starts demanding money to be sent across either as a custom fee for the foreign gifts he has sent you, either for his flight ticket cause he is on his way to meet you but just doesn’t have the money or cause he is robbed and is in the hospital all beaten up. The question is , will you atleast realize then , that this is scam ??!
Ladies read about these scams on the internet ! Don’t fall a victim to it. Awareness is the key, be smart and just don’t trust anyone on social media. While there can be good people out there, it’s the crooked that are creating various schemes to use social media to cheat.
Suck in your emotions, keep it for those who deserve it. Be Strong , Be Wise

Whats special about this pic !.. Read on… It’s one of those days when I visited the Panjim market to meet the tailor. It was just an adjustment and it wouldn’t take too long. Considering the big line of eagerly waiting tailors to make a quick morning buck, I decided to go with this sweet looking muslim whose burka obviously indicated the religion. I gave instruction on what I needed and observed her as she did the rest. My observation led to an interesting insight which perhaps would have been ignored if I was in a rush. In her shop, there sat another lady busy stitching a bright yellow kurta. She was a hindu. And there I was , a Catholic, as their customer. All 3 religion under one roof !! . These ladies worked in such harmony. If a simple trade can bring two religion together, in such peace, where both are benefiting  from the trade why can’t the other things, the so called “bigger issues” in our own country and around the world ??
